Avantages
I’ve worked here for 2.5 years through ups and downs and watched upper management learn a lot. Although turnover is natural in a new, rapidly expanding industry like cannabis, Rm3 now has the most amazing team of intelligent, driven, passionate, and friendly people. The work environment is upbeat and you’ll never be bored. Co-workers are always willing to lend a hand to someone “in the weeds” and we frequently hang out outside of work. Upper management has improved in all areas including taking a more collaborative across departments, welcoming feedback, suggestions, and questions from the entire staff and being more transparent. I enjoy the challenging environment at Rm3 in which I’ve had ample room to grow and advance.
