Resource management is extrememly disorganized and inefficient. They put people on projects without the skills they need to be successful.
No mentorship or guidance from senior consultants and senior leadership.
If you bring up an issue about your workstream lead or senoir consultant on a project (like them being no call, no shows for important client meetings), you will be fired.
They pride themselves on "good culture" but in reality they have awful culture. They leave you out to dry and they will fire you on the basis of age, sex, and race.
They do not appreciate good work ethic or the escalation of issues.
They assign you HR managers that have no experience in HR.
They tell insurmountable lies to all their clients.
They don't give their employees the tools they need to be successful at a client site. For example, if you require a different OS system or a certain SQL application, you will not get any help, your issue will be deemed "self-proclaimed" and rejected by your manager.
Even if the client loves you and see's you as a major value-add, you will be fired if you aren't one of the "Rizing cool kids".
No diversity.
