Avantages
None that I could find it's a job and that's how you should treat it ,don't invest to much of yourself into this company the environment they create sucks. Brand promise does not exist even though it is under Accor.
Inconvénients
Not a structured work environment normally very unskilled individuals hold high positions that impacts the overall performance of everyone below them. People genuinely do not care about employees at this company unlike other compensation Hilton is probably the best in the business when it comes to structure and employee engagement.
