      Avantages

      I grew up in Michigan and always said I'd never work for a automotive company. They seemed slow and bureaucratic, but this is very different. My position at Rivian is a dream job. I get to work with bright, hardworking people - all aligned on building an incredible company.

      Inconvénients

      If you want to build an incredible company in an industry experiencing rapid change, you have to be flexible. We face ambiguity on a daily basis, and if you're not comfortable with ambiguity you won't enjoy Rivian.

      - Great exposure to the product - Amazing teammates, boots on the ground collaboration - Onboarding is really well done - they take this part seriously and I appreciate that.

      Inconvénients

      - Limited growth - Constantly worried whether your department is getting laid off. - I've worked at plenty of other startups and EV companies and this one is by far the worst. - Zero job security unless you're JR
