Avantages
-Best way to gain experience -Great benefits if you can get signed on for full time work -Teaching hospital and easy access to staff for emergencies
Inconvénients
-No benefits for TAP employees -Ridiculous bureaucratic hoops that don't really affect patient care or safety -Pay is small compared to other hospitals -Little chance for being hired after 1 year. -Probationary period is 1 year -SEIU 797 does little to improve work life -Hospital is breaking down and has a "don't fix it if it's not broken" attitude -Worst CPOE program (SIEMENS SOARIAN) ever made -High turnover rate
