      Very laid back environment. Like a big family.

      Inconvénients

      Some upper management keep people from growing or advancing their careers. Some upper management do not have extensive experience in the in the Industry. Meaning they may know more about one aspect of the whole process but they are responsible for the major decisions of all the departments. Which makes is stressful at times.
