      Avantages

      My boss is very flexible and I love my co workers. I can make my own schedule. You can learn a lot working here. Good shift differential pay. They pay for your schooling.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is not the best. They are the lowest paying hospital and the raises aren't great.

      We conduct pay survey's yearly and adjust pay rates for market shifts twice per year for positions that require this. Glad to hear you enjoy some of the other benefits such as self scheduling, learning opportunities and shift differential pay.
