Paid well with great benefits, but staffing issues persist - Avis employé Registered Nurse Riverside Community Hospital

Staffing is terrible due to high turnover, so we rarely lunches or breaks, and go out of ratio sometimes. They tell you that you can self schedule but rarely do. They tell you only 3 to 4 weekend days are required but will have you work every weekend. Some depts are very toxic, and cliquey.
