      It's an outdoor job You are by yourself most of the day Flexible with scheduling

      Inconvénients

      Management does not communicate Lower pay compared to the other companies Dilapidated equipment Management are extremely disorganized Often expected that you will stay past your scheduled time They always take off 30 minutes for lunch regardless if you took one or not
