      Avantages

      CEO listens and is good to work with on changing environments and competitive landscapes. She truly cares but lacks the time to face her companies real problems, The companies leadership.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic environment caused by one person, the COO. I would love to come back and work here again once this person is removed.
