Avantages
Being able to utilize flex time and working from home make working here very appealing. The "unlimited" PTO makes for planning trips easier and less stressful.
Inconvénients
There are no other real benefits and, actually using your PTO is a little difficult as there is always an enormous abundance of work and every person is always bogged down. The pay is sub par and there has been a wage freeze for over three years, making it more and more difficult for people to stay with this company. There has been a few management shake ups but nothing has really changed other than them spending money on frivolous things such as branding and getting 3rd party mockups of our applications instead of paying their workers to do their job and create an integrated suite of applications.
