      Avantages

      I had a great experience at Ritzy. The team is incredibly welcoming and makes it easy for new members to integrate into projects. As part of the hybrid work model, I’ve visited the office a few times and had the chance to meet everyone—including the CEOs. They’re all super talented, down-to-earth, and great to work with!

      Inconvénients

      The projects are typically short-term with small teams, which can be challenging due to tight deadlines and a fast-paced workload. However, they’re also dynamic, rewarding, and overall a really great experience.
