      I want to see Depot little bit more shiny, with shower restroom and canteen room equipped with modern facilities.

      Avantages

      Not in the city so easy to get to and good parking.

      Inconvénients

      Toxic culture - there's always a feeling of having to watch your back ELT are subject matter experts but not people leaders Everything is a secret - nothing is open and transparent Definite favouritism which contributes to the lack of leadership as favourites get promoted regardless of ability Culture of micromanagement and bullying
