      Avantages

      Casual dress / Great colleagues. Free soft drinks, tea and coffee, beer tap, lunch program

      Inconvénients

      Work from home ability fading away, especially depending on your manager. Drastic decline in transparency with new leadership. Very stressful environment. Morale low. Feeling of a family environment is no longer there. Company has been bought out by a Third Party Equity Firm and layoffs been happening since. Hiring contractors to do the work of seasoned senior people that are either laid off or just leaving.

      Great learning opportunities, supportive team, collaborative work environment, and valuable exposure to real-world data analysis projects. The entire process - from application to interviews and hiring-was smooth, well-organized, and professional. A great place to start and grow a career in data analytics.
