      Avantages

      Varied work, challenging in a good way: I'm constantly learning and I like the ethical mindset. Probably the best employer I've worked for.

      Inconvénients

      I haven't found anything major to dislike. Everywhere has minor niggles, RPA is better than most.

      Avantages

      Varied projects, on the whole a nice friendly bunch of people to work with. Excellent company reputation and prestigious projects. Good company values

      Inconvénients

      As it's a small company project teams sometimes bring in people lacking the relevant technical experience. Poor performance is not always well managed, and conversely good contributions not suitably recognised. Continuous development and training could be improved, especially for junior staff.
