I overall enjoyed working with children in diffrent settings, I loved the change of locations and activities offered. I loved seeing children growing each camp or club.

They don't value their staff individual qualities. They are constantly short staffed and expect you to work for longer hours unretributed. The equipent is sub par and often broken or not enough.
