      Great management team. They take advantage of every opportunity to show their gratitude and acknowledge the efforts across the board that keep the company moving forward.

      Avantages

      Solid career growth potential and opportunities. Decent pay

      Inconvénients

      Seemed disorganized. Company expectations were widely different from client expectations. Was given a client description to manage and pitch services when client wanted a contractor to do grunt work. Disconnect in expectations creates tension. Was hired as remote and client wanted in person which added a 2 hour commute which was not disclosed during the interview.
