      Good opportunity to work with children. If you work with a good team you will have a great experience. I worked with 2 different teams.

      Under staffing was a huge problem one year I worked for RGEC.

      Pay, working with children, school sites, holidays off ( no pay), no uniforms

      Inconvénients

      Management, discriminatory on age, gossip out of control, no training when first hired, make rules as they go
