Avantages
Great work environment. Great people. Management is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. As far as I know, everyone gets along and the workplace is drama free.
Inconvénients
The pay is very minimal and the opportunity to grow or advance is extremely slow. It's a small bank, so pretty much all of the positions are taken and there are rarely any openings.
