Encouraging culture, as with any job, if you show that you are capable, you'll have the freedom to work independently without the risk of interference or micromanagement, in however a way that best gets results. Serious about progress and resolution to customer issues remaining as easy as possible, Quick wins can be achieved as there is none of the red tape that you may encounter in corporate organisations. We currently have a great team at head office who are encouraging and supportive of one another, there is a big focus on being positive and respectfulness - if you show respect and kindness to others, you will receive the same in return and disrespect or bullying is not tolerated. We celebrate each other's successes rather than compete or compare with one another, and have fun whilst doing so. A good work/life balance - there is no expectation to work later but as with any task, from a personal perspective, it may make sense to stay a few minutes later if you just want to get it finalised so you can close it off! A good understanding of people's differences, approachable Senior Management who establish the best approach to achieve good results dependant on how that team member prefers to be managed - lines of communication being open are key. It is important to me personally that if I spend approx. 37.5 hours a week somewhere, it is enjoyable, and although there will be some days that you feel the pressure more than others this is the norm anywhere, and I enjoy the accountability I have, with far more positive days where I feel I've made a contribution, than not. - Great if you enjoy working together to targets/shared goals - Flexibility where needed - school pick up/drop off friendly Fun, positive friendly team and good socials such as festivals, team days, and evenings out Rewarding work with gratitude given for achievements Perks such as Vitality health but also team lunches, alcohol fridge 🙂
