      Avantages

      Students are genuinely interested and excited to learn, which makes teaching really rewarding

      Inconvénients

      Cancellation policies are super strict and performance rating gets docked massively if you cancel any lessons, even if you do so in advance. The amount that your acceptance rate gets docked also seems a bit disproportionate e.g -40% for cancelling 2 lessons out of 20+ accepted.

      Thank you for your positivity! We're a young company with a small but hard-working team, and it's lovely to see that hard work being recognised. Since you wrote this review, we've retuned our Star-Strike system to reduce penalties for Cancellations made further in advance. Hopefully this helps to address some of the concerns that you had!       Avantages

      Most of the students are lovely. The hours are generally flexible, and there is little preparation required.

      Inconvénients

      The worst thing about this company is how they treat their tutors. They keep looking for sneaky ways to lower the tutor pay, and the way that they want the classes structured is arbitrary. They provide strict feedback that is nearly possible to implement, and they have a countless number of minuscule rules to follow that are impossible to keep up with. In other words, the tutor is never right.
