      Friendly, Clean environment, Nice customers. Other team members were helpful.

      Inconvénients

      Only five people per station, so it was difficult to get coverage when you were sick or needed vacation time.

      Good company, great flexibility, culture is evolving, leader on the market of diesel engines, good starting point to get sales experience local and regional.

      Inconvénients

      Extremly low pay for todays lifestyle in Puerto Rico. No growth opportunities as it is more based on personals desicion rather than actual merits.

      You have access to trainings to get better and learn about Cat equipment and prepare yourself for the future.

      They don't pay well and the company is very unstable at the moment.
