      Avantages

      Rimage has been doing the same thing for thirty years and, despite the market declining, they continue to get good results out of what they've got. Solid job, nice people.

      Inconvénients

      I worked in marketing and there was not a lot of innovation in terms of how they presented themselves to the world, they're set in their ways and that's how they like it. In terms of office space and corporate culture they have a few get-togethers (mostly based around cake) but that's about it.

      Avantages

      The working environment was a positive one that fostered growth and teamwork. While individual achievement was strongly encouraged, the interconnected nature of the multiple levels of the organization reigned supreme. I've never worked with a more intelligent, competent executive corps.

      Inconvénients

      The only con I can think of is that the space in which the company operates is a fairly small space and one that isn't necessarily an exciting one. However, the company is aggressive in pursuing contemporary solutions and innovative processes.

      Rapidly declining core business No future career opportunities if you work in the legacy business, management seems to have no intention of transitioning capable employees to the new line of business. Management focuses exclusively on new business to the detriment of old
