      The energy of the people who work here is contagious. They want to learn and grow in the industry and it makes you want to be better yourself. The training program is growing and we are learning more each week. Unlimited earning potential.

      Inconvénients

      There are no benefits as it is a commission based industry.

      Avantages

      Great Team, No ceiling for pay , great support and leadership. My friends and family have written policies through Rillhurst employees and have had nothing but positive experiences . Agents are accessible and knowledgable and gave the best advice.

      Inconvénients

      Agents have commission based pay. You have to work hard to be successful in the business.
