      The company is designed for big clients, making their method/system a bit too heavy for smaller clients.

      Good work life balance Nice colleagues Healthy food in the canteen Nice office space with a view to nature

      Inconvénients

      Monotonous and repetitive work. (Working at Riis is like Groundhog Day) Unhealthy relationship between company and customers. Customers are valued and trusted much higher than employees. Many employees are disengaged and only stay because it’s convenient.
