      Avantages

      family oriented if you are part of the "in crowd"

      Inconvénients

      When push comes to shove, even if you have undeniable proof to support your case they will throw you to the wolves in order to make a dollar. Loyalty doesn't exist there anymore. If you are not part of the "in crowd" you can forget advancing within the company.

      Avantages

      A small company where you get to know those who work around you, from the top management to the shop employees.Tho the place may be small, don't let the size fool you. You would be amazed by the size of the items that be made here.

      Inconvénients

      Have had a few bumps in the road, but have been here now for some time.

      Ok pay and questionable profit sharing

      Inconvénients

      Work life ratio is horrible, no guidance, being given tasks outside your job description, if your not family or a family friend don't expect to be treated fairly.
