      Minimum responsibilities due to the new standard gauge railway. Old electrical power lines as a result power blackouts were a norm which led to delayed operations

      Avantages

      Very challenging and exciting work environment with cultural diversity comprising of over 2000 permanent employees and 1500 casual employees recruited from the communities

      Inconvénients

      Meter Gauge Technology currently in use is being phased out worldwide. Career and professional development within the railway industry is ultimately slowed down.

      Very good skilled workers who have so much knowledge. One just needs to learn how to interact with them to get their views.

      Mismanagement related to previous leaderships. Old infrastructure that needs to be modernized.
