Most of the employees are great - most are friendly and helpful. An OK learning experience - but you'll learn about as much as you can learn anywhere else.
Inconvénients
- Very highly political environment
- Salaries are below the standard for the area
- Management does not care about or respect the employees who work there.
- Extremely disorganized process for engineers - designers and management will change feature requirements constantly, to the point where you can work on a single project for months and never reach the end.
- Zero appreciation for hard work - they only care about the number of hours you work instead of the quality of code you produce.
- Code is extremely messy and undocumented
