      Avantages

      Many great students, some good teachers.

      Inconvénients

      The pay is horrible for most teachers, however if you are sycophant you will get paid more. If you are single, just out of college, or you have a spouse who gets paid well, then you will be paid less. There is very little transparency from the administration and decisions are usually made unilaterally with very little input from the faculty.

      Avantages

      A school that espouses traditional values, good character, love of knowledge, and the craft of education. If you are lazy and just want to get by using the same old canned stuff year after year after year (and there are many of those kinds of teachers out there), this place is not for you. Teachers are expected to walk the talk - and that is likely too much for many. The teachers that stay are true masters of their craft.

      Inconvénients

      Teachers are expected to continue learning and refining their lessons and their craft in general. A teacher who thinks that they can rest on their laurels will not be successful long term here.

      Inconvénients

      Admin plays faculty against each other. Can be toxic. Cost of living in FoCo. No accountability for head master
