Avantages

There is nothing good that comes from a fake employer.

Inconvénients

The owners are fake! They laugh at your face and expect you to work with without paying you. As a driver, they made me drive long distance an hour away from my home and then not pay me for two weeks and sometimes more. They didn’t care that I have children a mortgage or even have enough for food. Gas is super expensive and I had to pay out of pocket because they don’t want to pay me. . How is this place running and treating people like s*** Please do yourself a favor and work for somewhere that they pay. They only care about themselves.

Founders had an amazing idea, the business works, it fights each day in an industry that is monopolized by 3 yellow bus companies. It takes time to perfect it.

Inconvénients

We live in a society where anyone can log in online and be tough critics without knowing the full facts or what it takes. The company was taking unfair criticism.

Do NOT TRUST RIDEALONG – Complete Disregard for Customers, Especially Those with Special Needs I am extremely disappointed and deeply disturbed by my experience with RideAlong. I entered into an agreement with this company in good faith, after thoroughly communicating my very specific needs: safe, reliable transportation for my autistic child from school to my workplace, four days a week. After a series of emails and discussions outlining expectations, I signed a contract and made a payment of over $1,000 in advance for the first month of service. That was back in March. Not only did no services ever begin, but for weeks I was met with vague, unhelpful responses and silence when I asked for a start date. Eventually, only after I pushed to cancel and requested a refund they finally admitted that they didn’t have a driver available to accommodate our needs. That in itself is troubling, but understandable. What is completely unacceptable, however, is the fact that months later, now July, I STILL have not received a refund. I have been repeatedly told my refund is “processing,” or that they are “checking with the bank,” or “providing tracking info”, all stalling tactics. I’ve been more than patient. But the truth is, this company took my money without providing a single second of service, and now they are dodging communication and avoiding accountability. Let me be crystal clear: I strongly believe this is a scam. RideAlong misrepresented their capabilities, took payment for services they knowingly could not provide, and have failed to return my funds. Their actions are unethical and highly suspect. I will be reporting RideAlong to the Better Business Bureau, and I am pursuing legal action through small claims court to recover my money. I urge other families, especially those with children who have special needs, to stay far away from this company. Trust is everything when it comes to the care and safety of our children, and RideAlong has shown me that they are not deserving of it on any level.
