      Avantages

      You get a lot of opportunities to showcase your talent. Grabbing those opportunities will increase your knowledge and skills. I did an internship for 3 Months and then they hired me and offered good pay. They have friendly staff and the CEO is also friendly and understanding.

      Inconvénients

      Less number of people working.

      Avantages

      Too many things to explore in the India Electronics startup. New challenges upcoming everyday and a lot of new things to learn. Though there is a bit of stress a very well maintained management system was always there to support and carry forward. Working with Ridaex doesn't feel like a job but it's more of responsibility.

      Inconvénients

      No cons as of now.

      Avantages

      You will learn each day new things in this company and good for freshers to start their career. Love to work and friendly staff supports you through your learning process. They will provide you training for 3 m months.

      Inconvénients

      No cons are there, the best place to start your career. You must be an active and well-skilled person. No more negatives on this company.
