      Avantages

      Autonomy. Ability to build a region and have real impact in growth.

      Inconvénients

      Need to be a self starter and able to work without a daily team over your shoulder (something I actually see as a positive) but it can be challeging when say NYC offices are fast furious able to "look over their shoulder" hve a quick team chat and meanwhile you (remotely in LA) need to play a little catch-up.

      Great team with cool people and no micro-management.

      Inconvénients

      Not much room for strong evolution since no one wants to leave the company.

      Avantages

      I had an AMAZING manager who always supported me.

      Inconvénients

      There are ALOT of company politics. Morale is ruined by the cliquey culture. People brag about getting people let go. There’s too many people hired & not enough responsibility for individuals. There’s an absurd rule about phone usage.
