Avantages
From an HR perspective, Rice offers great benefits packages and competitive pay (as competitive as it can be in higher education). The experience is worth so much more. Everyone I have met on this campus has been very kind and welcoming and the students amaze me every day with their accomplishements
Inconvénients
Sometimes the hours are abnormal (not 9-5) and it can be very difficult to change things from the way they have "always been done". Occasionally, you meet students who feel entitled by there presence at an elite university.
