      Avantages

      Salary, technology (nice MacBooks, Google Suite), colleagues are generally nice, lots going on on campus, students are diverse

      Inconvénients

      Bait and switch on benefits they used to get me in the door (flexible schedule), lack of training, lack of opportunities, senior management lacks humanity and is out of touch, too much downtime
