      Avantages

      Really enjoyed the people I worked with! As I grew as a server I ended up making pretty good money, on avg. about $14-$15 an hour. Keep in mind the base pay is low so you have to get good if you want to make money. If you work open to close then you will make really good money.

      Inconvénients

      Due to the type of restaurant it is some of the clientele that comes in aren't the most pleasant people. Also if times are slow, the money will be low as well so you have to get good at budgeting.

      Avantages

      Amazing staff that have become a true family. Great guest that have been coming some since the day the restaurant opened. The best BBQ on the Coast

      I can not think of any because I absolutely love my job and work family

      Avantages

      Everyone treated each other as family and genuinely took pride in their craft.

      Inconvénients

      Corporate became a very distant. You ended up becoming just a number on a paper instead of a person who gave years to the company.
