      Mid level management and operators are wonderful to work with

      Inconvénients

      Upper management has created a silo effect, causing many procedures and industry standards to fall by the wayside. Very unprofessional attitudes and a lack of knowledge from those in charge. Industry standards and quality product are NOT taken seriously.

      Avantages

      There are a lot of opportunities to learn and grow in the manufacturing world at Reyco. I found strongly positive attitudes in the leadership and engineering team, and was always able to seek and receive guidance from them about anything.

      Inconvénients

      Not all employees on the floor share the same positive attitudes of the leadership.
