- The team is fun, and the company does a lot of team building events. - The pay is industry average, and they have a management by objective bonus structure - Good benefits - Great office environment, the complex includes full gym, changerooms, bike racks, parking (paid), outdoor volleyball and basketball courts, outside sitting area with BBQs

- Management is not on the same page - Not enough employees for amount of work, people are very overworked - Lots of micro-managment - Extremely high turnover, very few employees other than senior management last longer than a year

We have a great team now with everyone aligned. Great attitude. Work ethic. People now care about our customers. Getting tools we need to do the job right. Management team makes objectives clear nad shares business details with us monthly. Now have got rid of bad attitudes, and entitled people hired by previous management. Everyone on same page.

Product needs to eveolve faster. Lot of additional work required to cover up missing features. Too many manual steps to get customers running.
