Perspective commerciale
Avantages
Been at a few startups and this has been the best of the bunch. Healthy mix of young and old, and everyone is hungry and expecting big things. Still a series A and has its moments with growing pains but so far all issues have been met head on by the leadership team.
Inconvénients
It's a series A. Not the environment for everyone. Understand what you are signing up for
Is a good company to work for people like me who love remote jobs, the entire company is fully remote.
Pays relatively well if you live in underdeveloped countries like Brazil, but not so good if you live in the US.
Flexibility in the horary.
Inconvénients
They need to improve the organization and communication between their teams, sometimes the same problem needs to be passed to a lot of people before is assigned to the correct person to fix.
The India team is a bit confusing sometimes.
