The support team and upper management are, at least while I've worked here, fantastic. They make genuine efforts to ensure a positive work environment, even when not in the same city/state. They truly want to see both you and the studio succeed, and will provide advice and support in a very timely manner.
HR is also amazing, providing ongoing leadership training to further develop their employees.
Inconvénients
Long hours and a fair amount of stress.
