      Avantages

      Standard company benefits nothing to flash but not to insulting. Can have some challenging work but the inspection team are often supportive

      Inconvénients

      A reboot of the benefits and a better sick pay scheme for the shop floor. Would be beneficial.

      good money, good machines, good hours of work.

      Inconvénients

      The work is poor, mostly fabrications, not much proper machining.
