Worked here five years ago before covid. Cool place to work at and made a lot of money when speaking commissions.

Barely any cons. Only that they kept raising the goal back then which made it a little difficult to go home with a good commission check, but who doesn't love a challenge?
Even though most of the team is remote, they have done a great job of helping the team stay connected.
The management allows you to present your ideas but makes you support them with data and detailed information.
The people working there are about team work and collaboration

They expect you to know every detail of your clients business even though you don't control that day to day.
