      Avantages

      The company promotes internal mobility, offers a competitive salary, and has a lot of flexibility pertaining to work life balance.

      Inconvénients

      There could be improvements with leadership in some areas but I see that concerns are addressed and handled accordingly.

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.

      Inconvénients

      None that I've noticed. Great company & people working here!
