      Great compensation package. Great life/work balance. Good qualified professionals in the process engineering area.

      Inconvénients

      Difficult to ascend higher in the organisation. Slow promotion within the company. Petroleum crisis 2014 affected the company.

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
