      Avantages

      I joined Yala in Sept 2020 during the Covid crisis and I feel lucky they got me onboard. This growing company has a lot of potential. Thanks to it's size there is a lot to work on and I feel that my input is valued and listened to.

      Inconvénients

      No major cons, some growth related issues but as per all growing businesses.

      Fully Remote 4 day working week Fantastic people. Excellent work life balance. A really great place to work.

      Not much progression opportunity. Could provide better access to some IT software
