      Avantages

      Able to work when you want to. No pressure to work a certain number of jobs. Web site shows available jobs by city location. You pick the job you want to work. Hourly starts @ $7.50 but guaranteed $10 with tips. Able to make $10-$15/hr with tips.

      Inconvénients

      Weather can be a problem at times. It's Texas and you are working outdoors. Uniform is determined by customers wishes. You may be wearing long pants, long sleeve shirt and bow tie for weddings in the summer.

      Avantages

      The management and owner are incredible people, as well as the staff that works there. There are great jobs available and you get to meet so many people. Additionally, the pay comes promptly and is never not open on time.

      Inconvénients

      The only con that I can think of is having to wait on parties to end that go over their expected time
