Benefits other then dental is way overpriced and worthless. Management calls the shots ..you take the blame if it doesn't go well. Stressful quotas to make weekly. Dealing with the armpit of society. Dangerous situations on repos. Favoritism on whom to repo or not.While credit numbers slack. Long hours Hard work during harsh weather. They think sending one man to deliver a double door fridge up 100 stairs ..acceptable. Terrible turnover and cut throat employees purposely getting upper management fired to advance.
