      Good technology, good engineers, lots of diversity in customers and projects.

      Inconvénients

      Terrible management - no planning, no coordinating, inconsistency. Driven by culture clash between Japan and US: Japan focused on technology not customers, management fighting and lack of respect between US and Japan causes lack of clarify and focus.
