Avantages

You work independently most of the time

Inconvénients

Huge workload with impossible targets Poor appraisal process designed for you to appear as underachieving Lack of appropriate and necessary communication Lack of respect to all staff Top down management culture Serious lack of knowledge sharing Two week induction is actually one day of IT and login issues Any concerns raised will fall on deaf ears as there are long standing employees who will be made a priority over others.

I am surprised to read such a review as the comments were not put in to the exit interview we invite all leavers to undertake. Less face-to-face interaction – Working from home can sometimes feel isolating compared to being in an office environment with regular team contact however this worked for me as it gave me more time at home for family life. Need for strong self-discipline – Home-based roles require good time management and personal organisation to stay productive without the structure of an office environment. This is sometime I had to develop.

Inconvénients

Provides a strong foundation for career development, particularly through its structured graduate programme, which offers valuable exposure to a wide range of property management responsibilities that help build a well-rounded and practical skillset. The experience gained within the company can significantly strengthen an individual’s CV, reflecting both depth and breadth of industry knowledge that may not always be accessible elsewhere at an early stage. Employees also benefit from opportunities for professional growth and progression, supported by managers and mentors who can play a key role in developing confidence and capability.
