Avantages

Hybrid working arrangement allows for some work life balance.

Inconvénients

There are countless issues with this workplace, and it's hard to know where to start. The culture here is beyond toxic—bullying and micromanagement are the norm. The inequalities are very much evident, with zero effort towards creating an inclusive or equitable environment. Microaggressions are rampant, and this has only worsened since the GL acquisition. Employee feedback has highlighted these issues, yet management only engages in superficial "tick box exercises" with no real action or accountability. Favouritism is out of control. Meanwhile, employees desperate to secure their positions post-acquisition resort to underhanded tactics like throwing colleagues under the bus to gain favour with senior leadership. The management is entirely incompetent. It's a "yes man" culture—if you voice concerns or offer new ideas, you're ignored or dismissed. One manager even told an unhappy employee, "Well, they can just leave." This kind of attitude reflects the complete disregard for employee wellbeing and morale. HR offers no support, instead enabling the bullies to thrive unchecked. The result? High turnover, with employees either quitting, or going on sick leave. This workload often falls on remaining staff, who are underpaid and overworked, leading to severe burnout—issues disproportionately affecting employees of colour.

Avantages

Some of the most amazing people you’ll ever work with. Generally supportive peers. Leaders are kind and not intentionally toxic. Strong brand recognition and a variety of solutions to enable solution selling.

Inconvénients

The culture of the organization seems to have succumbed to the broader climate surrounding politics and education. Immense pressure is placed on sales team to deliver in saturated territories with beyond unachievable quotas for some and cake quotas for others. No cost of living increases, lots of layoffs and unclear path for growth with an egregious lack of transparency from leadership about the glaring issues. NONE of this seems intentional or malicious-it just seems like a lot of behaviors caused by extreme desperation.
