      Enjoyed my time there. Good culture. Management very supportive

      Located in Cremorne which was a little challenge for me to get to.

      Good family culture, promoted from within often, Managers approachable, great staff meetings

      good location, nice view from CEO's window (only window on the floor)

      Inconvénients

      - terrible management, couldn't care less about their staff and look down to them. rub their large salaries in staff's faces, while staff are getting peanuts. not transparent to customer, told to gloss over the truth. call center overseas apparently does not exist
